Application for Membership

By clicking the submit and pay button, your application will be submitted to the Chamber. You will be rerouted to purchase your membership dues of $120 (annually) and pay for a one-time application fee of $25.  Once approved, you can begin enjoying all your member benefits!

Please provide contact information from two clients, customers and/or colleagues (not family members) who can speak to the quality of your work.  Alert them of your choice to use them as a reference.  They will receive an e-mail with six questions. It should take less than 5 minutes to respond.  If we don't receive a reply to the e-mail, they will receive a follow-up phone call.
