Executive Director of Veterans Produce
Veterans Produce is a veteran-owned 501(c)(3) non-profit organization created to feed homeless veterans. They help break the cycle of food insecurity by empowering veterans to provide for themselves. Building local community aquaponic/ hydroponic gardens enables 365-day access to healthy organic food, teaches veterans how to grow their own food and teaches veterans how to operate greenhouse gardens. After training, the organization deploys veterans to other communities to replicate the mission.

T.C. Beckett will be speaking on how Aquaponics is a sustainable eco system. He will be covering what it is, the history of it, the benefits of using it, yield summary, types of fish, plant nutrient uptake, nitrogen, and where to use.
